Aqwa Itineris was in Recologne (Doubs) in early summer
The Aqwa Itineris portable swimming pool, in partnership with the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation since March 2022, visited the town of Recologne (Doubs) this summer to teach young children how to swim.
With the support of the Foundation and the Intercommunality of Val Marnaysien, students from the Recologne Intercommunal School benefited from the pool in a truck and received free swimming lessons.
For 3 weeks, each child was able to use the pool for a total of 12 hours (1 hour per day, 4 times a week).
The innovative Aqwa Itineris concept embodies the vision of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation by allowing lessons in remote areas devoid of swimming pools, thus making learning how to swim more accessible.
