IMPIS U16 Jersey Competition – Charles III School

The Monegasque Rugby Federation, in partnership with the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, organized a creative competition that mobilized more than 80 student volunteers from Collège Charles III. This competition, open to students in grades 6, 5, 4 and 3, aimed to create and design the new jersey for the Impis U16 team, a team founded by HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco.

The competition took place in the presence of HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco, Mr. Jean-Philippe Vinci, Director of National Education of Monaco, Mr. Gareth Wittstock, Secretary General of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and Honorary President of the Monegasque Rugby Federation, Mr. Thierry Danthez, Vice-President of the Monegasque Rugby Federation, Mr. Pascal Granero, Director of the Princess Charlene Foundation, and Mr. Nicolas Bonnet, National Technical Director of the Monegasque Rugby Federation.

The winner of the competition, whose artistic talent was praised, won a unique jersey that will be signed by each player of the Impis U16 team. This jersey will be proudly worn by the young Impis during the Dubai 7s, marking a memorable moment for Monegasque sport.

The Impis U16s bring together promising young athletes from the Rugby Exchange program, the result of a collaboration between the Federation and the Foundation. These young talents will have the honor of wearing the jersey during the prestigious Dubai 7s tournament, which will be held at the end of the year.
