The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation is pleased to announce its partnership with the Al Oerter Foundation/ Art of the Olympians (AOF/AOTO) and the Pierre de Coubertin Family Association (AFPC). Together, these three organizations plan to organize various artistic and educational activities focused on sport for children in Europe and the United States.

This partnership is perfectly in line with the Foundation’s Sport and Education program. Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene said “The alliance with the Al Oerter Foundation based in the United States and the Pierre de Coubertin Association based in Paris is an ideal opportunity to develop one of the priority missions of My Foundation to promote well-being, and help children develop through educational projects and sports activities.

Since 2012, the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation has actively supported organizations and initiatives that share the vision of building a world where children of all backgrounds can flourish by learning the values taught by sport. “Sport inspires and gives us hope, it can unite people and nations.” H.S.H Princess Charlene.

The Al Oerter/Art of the Olympians Foundation founded in 2006 by the four-time Olympic gold medallist who gave it his name, and the Pierre de Coubertin Family Association who honours the founder of the modern Olympic Games, share mission objectives similar to those of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation.

Three years ago, these two institutions established a partnership to promote their common goals by organizing a variety of programmes, activities, and events in Europe and in the United States and today proposes to the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation to join their initiative.
