Sospel Natation Azur Project

On Friday, September 27th, at the Sospel swimming pool, the children participating in the “Sospel Natation Azur” project received their “learn to swim” diploma.

The event took place in the presence of Mr. Gareth Wittstock, Secretary General of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, Mr. Jean Mario Lorenzi, Mayor of Sospel and Pierre Frolla, Ambassador of the Foundation, who joined the lifeguards to congratulate the young swimmers on their achievements.

This initiative not only highlights the importance of swimming skills but also underlines the Foundation’s commitment to promoting water safety among children.

This project allows nearly 300 children from kindergarten to 6th grade to acquire the minimum skills to ensure their safety in the water during 10 sessions, and to take the “Sauv’ Nage” test approved by the French Swimming School and the FFN.
